One flat monthly platform fee based on how many people at your firm use Operating Divorce, plus a per-matter fee for every case that's actively being worked on. The bigger your firm and the more matters you bring, the lower your per-matter rate gets.

If you're a client whose attorney uses Operating Divorce, this doesn't apply to you — there's no cost on your side.

What counts as an active matter?

An active matter is a client matter in which Operating Divorce is storing, processing or analysing case material during that billing month. A matter that's closed or archived doesn't keep costing you per month.

The per-matter fee covers Discovery Audit, evidence management, chronology, financial reconstruction, Claim vs Evidence, and source traceability for that case — it pays for itself if it saves even one junior hour per matter.
